Did you know we have a little shop in the heart of Shoreham-by-sea, West Sussex?
Whilst we established ourselves firmly online in April 2021, we were lucky enough to procure this beautiful little Crystal Shop (previously Anerley Crystals for an impressive 12 years...!), taking over after Chris and Bob's happy retirement announcement in December 2021.
We were delighted to take the reigns from the wonderful Anerley and put our own stamp on what we wanted The Crystal Cave Shop to be.
Since then, we have undergone a couple of changes as we observe and respond to our customers' changing needs.
We are proud to say we have moved beyond just a crystal shop, as our customers visit us for more than just their next crystal fix:
Crystals
We not only offer crystals to cater for all budgets from £1 small items, up to those larger statement 4-figure pieces, we also offer an array of curated crystal kits, tumbled stones, spheres, towers, raw pieces, carvings, jewellery, candles, gift cards and much more.
Readings
Due to high demand, we have expanded our offering to readings and 1-2-1 sessions in your choice of Human Design, Numerology and Tarot. You will no doubt find what your heart desires with any one of these sessions. We even offer gift vouchers, candles and kits to pair with your reading, if required. Booking is not always essential, so please feel free to enquire.
Space
Our latest change of shop appearance gave birth to a Restoration Room, which we affectionately refer to as our Soul Space. This is a small but perfectly formed room within our little shop, which offers customers the opportunity to re-centre, ground and restore their souls a little.
This latest vision came to me following a powerful Reiki session I received, when I realised that my valued visitors were looking for something more than the typical retail crystal fix.
One of my goals has always been to encourage people to properly understand and use their crystals. If this means they buy less and use more, I will have achieved my goal. Sounds counter-intuitive, I know...
We all know the feeling of needing a crystal but sometimes when we shop during high periods of stress, anxiety or general discombobulation, which can distort our deepest needs and result in having an excess of crystals that we are not necessarily connected with.
My vision following the reiki session, was clear to provide a space where people can ground, re-centre and re-tether their souls in that moment, to achieve deeper connection and healing, which from experience, results in much more highly tuned crystal choices.
Our aim is to support people in the best crystal choices for them. We are much more invested in everyone leaving feeling empowered and grounded, and this is how the Soul Space came to life.

Click & Collect - we aim to support this request within 24 hours, but on the rare occasion we are unable to fulfil your order, we may need up to 48 hrs. You will receive a notification once the item is ready to be collected. Please be sure to bring ID or order number to confirm your purchase.
Delivery - for orders within 5 miles of the shop (BN43 6DA) we are happy to hand-deliver items with an order value over £50. Please select 'click & collect' and checkout and add a note for delivery. Your address will be verified and if you're within our delivery radius we will confirm a delivery time/date. If you're outside of our delivery radius a notification will come through to collect your item.
Postal - we can post most items securely and save you the convenience of having to leave your own home. Whether you've ordered online, in-store or via telephone we can arrange a delivery of your items. Shipping starts from just £3.
